About the Fellowship
The Creating Positive Change Fellowship is an intensive 8-week program designed for people passionate about social and environmental change. Through workshops with experienced practitioners, we explore campaign strategy, power dynamics, decolonization, and how to influence politics and public opinion.
Facilitated by Dave and Deb, in partnership with Conservation Council SA (CCSA), this program brings together diverse changemakers to learn, share, and build skills for effective activism.

Developing effective campaigns, focusing on Critical Path Analysis and strategic planning.
Week 4Power, Rank & Privilege
Understanding power in changemaking. Explore power mapping and forms of power.
Decolonising the Mind
Exploring decolonisation and indigenous perspectives on changemaking. Content being added.
Influencing Politics
Understanding power structures and how to influence political change effectively.
Media & Messaging
Exploring the Overton Window and narrative change through media. Content being added.
